Keep in mind it takes a few classes to get comfortable with the workout.

BodySTEP

…is an all system go step workout. Compelling fitness that tones the legs, improves coordination, bone density, posture and agility. It adds fun and athletic movements to the mix with huge amount of personality, driving music and great training principles. Bodystep is suitable for anyone who wants an energetic result-oriented workout.

 

RPM/ Cycle

…is a fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling workout that kills calories in record time—up to 600 in a single ride! It provides lightening quick improvement in endurance as well as a fast boost to your lower body strength as you experience different terrains, speed and intensities. All are encouraged to ride with the music tempo & adjust the resistance to create their own workout. It’s great fun set to great music without competitive pressure.

 

BodyPUMP

…is the fastest way in the universe in shape. It  is a strength endurance training class where the muscle and music collide! All the benefits of traditional weight training but low on complexity, high in fun. It’s great for “Every Body”, but it is not an aerobic class so don’t forget to try RPM, BodyCombat or BodyStep for a cardio workout!

 

BodyFLOW

…is a group exercise program that will change the way you feel about you body forever. Bodyflow combines Eastern disciplines like yoga and Tai Chi with dynamic exercises like Pilates. The class gives you the opportunity to get to know your body better while you benefit from working out some of the kinks and stresses from everyday life and exercise. “Every Body” deserves Bodyflow at least once a week.  

 

BodyCOMBAT

…is the workout with the punch. It is a high-energy cardiovascular training class that combines moves from a wide range of martial arts disciplines. It allows you to punch and kick your way to increase fitness levels. COMBAT improves fat burning potential, muscle coordination, flexibility and agility, suitable for anyone.

 

BodyJAM

…is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude, so grab a friend, and get high on the feeling of dance.

 

YOGA 

...is a workout program with poses that are easy to learn. It soothes you rsoul, strengthens your cardio system, toning and stretching your muscles and improving your mental fitness. Yoga brings together  the mind, body and spirit; disciplining you r mind and body as well as connecting with your spirituality.

 

Pilates                                                                                                                                       

...is a safe, sensible exercise system using a floor mat, that will help you look and feel your very best. No matter what your age or condition, it will work for you. Pilates improves core strength, flexibility, agility, and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain and othe rchronic ailments.    

 

CORE Strength

…focuses on strengthening and conditioning the muscles of the core. A combination of abdominal, back and hip strengthening exercises with an additional emphasis on balance.  

 

Flexibility and Movement

…is a fun, low impact group exercise designed for older adults. Addresses strength, flexibility, balance & coordination Includes a warm-up, range of movement stretch, work with small weights, final stretch & relaxation segment. It is a multi-level, total body conditioning class utilizing a chair for standing or seated support.
