Cost:
10-1 hour sessions $40 per session
10-1/2 hour sessions $20 per session
Group of 4 or more $20 per person per 1 hour session (minimum of 4 sessions)

Speed, Agility and Quickness: Find out the Secret Formula!


Would you or your child like to improve on agility, speed and strength to be a better athlete?
Would you like to be on top of your game before the season starts?

Speed is a skill and you must develop the proper abilities to get the most out of your speed potential.  Did you know that sprinting faster is more involved than just running sprints?  You will learn what it takes to develop your acceleration, maximum velocity, speed endurance and change of direction.

John can tell you that the students who previously trained with him have improved greatly in all three areas.  These are skills that will make you a better athlete.

If you play any of the following sports you should be taking this class:

Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Wrestling, Golf, Cross Country, Track and Field, Cycling, Soccer, Tennis, La Cross, Rugby, Hockey, Field Hockey, Cheerleading, Swimming to name a few.  You don't have to be a pro to train like an athlete!  Jump higher, get bigger, stronger and faster or just have fun!

Cost:      $10 per session or $160 for twenty (20) sessions.

Ages:     8 and up

John's Credentials:  Masters Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Performance from the University of California-Pa, Certifications from NASM (National academy of Sports Medicine) and Performance Enhancement Specialist.

Boot Camp


Winter boot camp will help to get rid of the cold weather blues!  Boot camp provides the intensity of a personal training session with motivation from a group environment.  This will surely help you jump start your day, but don't be late or you will have everyone including yourself performing many pushups.  Workouts include, but not limited to, resistance and strength training with drills and more.  No need to be a member to take this class.

Days:     Tuesday and Thursday
Time:     5:30am-6:30am
Date:     This will run for 8 weeks  - 16 sessions
Member:  Free
