Speed is a skill and you must develop the proper abilities to get the most out of your speed potential. Did you know that sprinting faster is more involved than just running sprints? You will learn what it takes to develop your acceleration, maximum velocity, speed endurance and change of direction.
John can tell you that the students who previously trained with him have improved greatly in all three areas. These are skills that will make you a better athlete.
If you play any of the following sports you should be taking this class:
Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Wrestling, Golf, Cross Country, Track and Field, Cycling, Soccer, Tennis, La Cross, Rugby, Hockey, Field Hockey, Cheerleading, Swimming to name a few. You don't have to be a pro to train like an athlete! Jump higher, get bigger, stronger and faster or just have fun!

Where: spring and summer training at camp security (off of Eastern Blvd)
Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 5pm-6pm
Cost: $10 per session or $160 for twenty (20) sessions.
Ages: 8 and up
John's Credentials: Masters Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Performance from the University of California-Pa, Certifications from NASM (National academy of Sports Medicine) and Performance Enhancement Specialist.
