I've been instructing BodyPump for 4 years. I work in the fitness industry because it's something I've always enjoyed doing and I get to help others improve themselves. What most excites me is the opportunity to meet different people, develop new relationships and help others meet their fitness goals and improve themselves. Outside of the gym, I enjoy spending time with my family. (Husband John and 6 year old son Tate.) We like to attend sporting events together, play basketball and baseball, and many other outside activities. In addition, I work part-time as a Project Coordinator and usually have some home improvement projects underway. I grew up in York, went to college at West Chester University and eventually made my way back to York. One thing I couldn't give up is exercise and going to the gym! 🙂 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm
