  • PWR! Moves is a PD-specific skill training program to maintain or restore skills that deteriorate and interfere with everyday movements! www.pwr4life.org
  • Workouts adapted to meet individual level.
  • Different training options available:
  •      – 1 on 1 personal training

        –  train with a partner

        –  group setting

     

    What to expect

    Cardio and interval training will change everytime you take class. This is done to improve posture, gait, flexibility, strength, Agility, Balance, Memory, Coordination, Vision and Endurance! Come manage your symptoms while developing new friendships!
